| The price of the motor and blower wheel assembly is $105 + shipping. This beats the cost of tearing down your ceiling to install another companies complete ventilation fan. Notice that the motor comes with a plug and all you have to do electrically is to plug it in. You don't even need to shut off power to the fan and the breaker box. |

| Take hold of the grill assembly and pull it down. Squeeze the wire clips on either side of the grill and they will slip out of the mounting box. |

| Loosen, but do not remove, the 3 screws that hold the duct in place. Slide the keyslots out from under the screws and remove the duct/motor/blower wheel assembly. |

| Unscrew the three screws that hold the motor to the blower duct. Take the grill and blower wheel duct down to the sink and thoroughly clean out the dust bunnies from both. |

|
| When replacing the screws that hold the motor don't forget to replace the grounding screw. Make sure you pay attention to the cutout on the base of the motor so that it matches the output port of the duct. |

| Slide the motor/blower wheel assembly back into its keyslots and tighten the screws. |
|
|
| Replace the grill assembly. |
